Social Media safety is important in all cases. Not just for children but for adults as well. Not practicing online safety can result in being a victim of a crime or even having your personal life dramatically affected.

Social media advertising is a constant. An ad needs to fill multiple appeal factors in the short time that it is present in the potential consumers' faces. This ad does it for me. I like this piece of content from Semrush as it piques my interest in their service. I did not know about Semrush before the 13 ads list. It caught my interest with the free trial of their new feature. Scrolling through their page, this struck my interest in their business. I want to use their service to see other keywords and their search volume. The content is short, it is a little joke about well-done steak enjoyers. Something soft and non-offensive to a major that gets a little chuckle. It's also creative it cashes in on an opinion that many lauds when it comes to steak. The content gives a little taste of what is viewable through their service. This piece of content works as an ad for their service. 

Signal Messanger app is a private and highly secured messenger app, available for both desktops and IOS and Android. It has a nice UI design. It is simple to use. The privacy is legitimate, seeing how criminals and neo-nazi have used the app to organize meetings and plans. The British government recommended that their troops switch to the app to prevent Russian Hacking. Overall, it is a very nice app, especially in the current world, where all messages can be accessed by governments around the world. It provides a good level of security that so far has prevented the personal information and messages of its users from leaking.

Facebook does this in the wake of multiple problems.  The Facebook Files , an investigation from Wall Street Journal, detailing all of the damage that Facebook had dealt with the help of a whistleblower. Facebook's system had been helping fuel the rise in anti-vaccination campaigns. The creation of White Nationalist groups. The company knew about human and drug trafficking on the site with little response. The company exempts certain individuals, enabling them to incite hatred and violence against others without consequences. The last problem facing META now is the privacy laws of Europe. This is resulting in  Facebook and Instagram potentially leaving  Europe .  The attempt to transition the company to META is an attempt to align the company with future innovation in the technology market while abandoning the damaged reputa...

From Istock. Credit: Anankkml         I have gone through the first two chapters of the Hootsuite Social Media Course. These are my thoughts about it so far. I think the Hootsuite program is great for older individuals/ people with no clue how social media works. The program is good for people who need to be refresher/a catch up on social media marketing. However, someone who has slight experience in social media will receive very little from the class. The program seems to be a scam. You pay for basic classes. Then at the end, you can buy a certificate saying you passed. Whether or not these have any value is unknown.  From Istock.
